The land belongs to the same family, currently in the sixth generation, since at least the middle of the 20th century. XVIII. Aníbal Soares, the great-great-grandfather, started an agricultural activity, which remains in the family. There is, therefore, a story behind "Segredos do Côa", having started with olive oil, already sold under a brand since the beginning of the last century, followed by almonds and wine.
